I have been saying this for the longest time. Black men need a positive PR campaign to help drown out all the negativity. The only problem is it would need to be large enough to go worldwide, and it would have to last about 20 years, so a whole new generation of people for the most part only see positive things about black men.
There are plenty of positive PR campaigns. But they quickly lose momentum whenever an ignorant rapper makes a popular ignorant song that gets played 10 times per day on every radio station. And then that ignorant song has an ignorant video that gets a billion views worldwide. It's impossible to compete with that.
