Nick doesn't look bad he just needs to work on a ton of scapular retraction & external rotation as obviously his biceps, anterior deltoids & upper traps are dominating most of his movements. If he brought up his side & rear delts as well as his rhomboids, mid and lower traps he'd have a more balanced physique and better posture.

pull ups will forever be the back builder of the gods...barbell rows are great too, but more of a demi-god exercise. You wont have impressive lower lats if you keep barbell and T bar rowing with your back at 70 degrees tho bro.
