    When you opened up your twitter to public and said that thing about not being an online trainer or selling formal advice (like most other fitness youtubers) my respect for you doubled. Good man. Also with you on the shrugs - no rotation, and the stretch from the dead hang.

    I've watched you for over two years now and man I can really tell the hard work you put in to everything has paid off! props to you man. seeing you dead lift over 500 motivated my ass to hit it hard now I'm deadlifting 550 but at 225 body weight.. so pound for lb you're still kicking my ass lol

    I need compliment you Nick, I remember a few years ago when you had a birdchest and everybody was hating, I think you chest is looking way better after all that powerlifting training, I think your "break" from bodybuilding actually helped your chest development, great work!

    gotta agree with the barbell rows being the best for back.... I was on a PPL program and the pull day was bbrows 3x5 lat pulldowns 4x8-12 vbar seated rows 4x8-12 face pulls 4x12-15 then bis. back then my back looked reallllly good.

    Great video Nick and workout.I can tell you are a real natti.We have similar physique except I'm 45 years old and 5 feet 8 weigh 255.8 never did supplements or steroid. I been lifting 20 years now.

    overhand barbell row. always in my routine. always. 4 or 5 sets. i've seen good results from it, although i cannot train very often now, because i am in the army. It works the whole fucking back area. I noticed big difference when i let my shoulder blades come more forward and then retract them again as i row, rather than having text book perfect form.
    Hope the channel views will rise, now that you're back to bodybuilding again.

    Nick doesn't look bad he just needs to work on a ton of scapular retraction & external rotation as obviously his biceps, anterior deltoids & upper traps are dominating most of his movements. If he brought up his side & rear delts as well as his rhomboids, mid and lower traps he'd have a more balanced physique and better posture.

    pull ups will forever be the back builder of the gods...barbell rows are great too, but more of a demi-god exercise. You wont have impressive lower lats if you keep barbell and T bar rowing with your back at 70 degrees tho bro.
