I know you are a powerlifter focusing on bodybuilding at the moment but since you are taking things easy because of this micro-tear, try experimenting with Intermittent Fasting! Just don't eat before the gym! I go to the gym after about 17-19 hours of ABSOLUTELY NO FOOD and have managed to put on muscle while staying lean! It takes some time in the beginning but it's all about optimizing your hormone levels which fasting is great for!
how long are you taking the anti inflammatory for? look at the side effects and see if there's the possibility of tendon rupture. that usually only happens if you are on them for too long but just something to consider

is going super heavy on DB rows necessary? I've found that I feel it more with less weight, only like 40s or 50s than I do with the heavier DBs. when I do the jerky type reps like you do I don't feel the contraction.
