Sunflower seed and pumpkin seed can cause the allergy. Sesame, poppy, pumpkin or mustard seeds are the most common cause of hives. In my case it was pumpkin seeds.

My body triggers strange pinching sensation all over my upper body when I drink hot water or when do some physical work (say exercise) its so painfull and ichy also cause small little skin bumps on my arm, only happens in winter (facing it from 4 years 😢)

Listen if you drink a lot of water you can get rid of allergy it works for me and also do exercise
here's a few tips for lessening urticaria
Make sure you eat plenty of fruit and vegetables.
Take vitamin C
Use herbs which cleanse the liver including burdock root
make use of herbs with infection fighting properties including dandelion root and burdock and others including garlic

I have lots of allergens, I feel sure these red sores are just a new manifestation of what is in my environment. I do not digest wheat/ gluten very well. I drive a semi and eating healthy is rare. But these pop up with a light itch. Apple cider vinegar and baking soda does decrease these sores, I'm going to try two weeks of food elimination to see what the culprit is. Vic

I rubbed Vick’s vapor between my breast area and now it looks exactly like this rash!! And it iches So bad!!!! Then I finds out it expired 🤦🏽♀️
If you have any doubt that something you ate is causing this condition, try to let it out by vomiting or " by other ways " , you'll start to feel better less ichy and the redness or the marks will start to disappear ....

Then it is time to think about doctor or emergency room. They have benadryl IV at hospital which is much stronger than what we can buy. I have been in hospital at least four times when it got so bad, even trying to close my throat. They can maybe give you steroid also. Usually if I go on the benedryl IV it goes away for 5 to 7 years. Very worried now because they have come back and I do not have health insurance.
You didn't say what kind you are taking tho or how much. Some people reported taking four tablets at once.

I took 200 mg of Modafinil on a Tuesday then a second 200mg dose on a Friday and started to notice hives forming on my “Love handle” area.
All I wanted was to boost my attention span and wake up so I could work and get better at my job and playing music in my free time.
I immediately stopped the Modafinil after that initial 400 mg, total. As soon as I noticed my skin was getting hives.
Now, I’m a full 10 days in after taking that shot and STILL have itchy skin.
I take 130mg of Fexofenadine 2xs a day. I take some Benadryl 2 or 4 times a day. And a hydrocortisone cream I apply several times a day.
My rash is growing, slowly. But the area where it first appeared is still slightly red but looks like the skin there has no more hives or itchyness.
It’s like the rash is growing outwardly but dissipating where it has been.
Trying not to scratch myself. The itching gets really intense sometimes.
What the fuck else can I do? No I did not go see a doctor. I spoke to a family member who is one and they just said I probably have to just wait it out until that god awful medicine works it’s way out of my system.
I’m seriously considering going into a walk in clinic but haven’t taken any time off work to do so.
A few more things- no broken skin. No pustules. No bleeding, no oozing or any indication this is something like measles or chicken pox, herpes. Zero liquid/ bubbles or discharge or any sort.
