Ed combo structure is awfull, I was so hype for what I've seen on the trailer but a lot of stuff doesn't have any sense, you can do drive rush HP on punish counter and that lets you have enough time to charge L.psycho flicker (wich I suppose is intended to be a very good starter that rewards good timing) but due that after that the opponent is launched, and that your air juggles has so ridicously limited routes, you don't have a way to overextend without greatly increase scaling, I've end up using the same combo over and over again spamming ex flicker beacuse does consistent damage and works anywhere on screen, it really feels like going back to SFV combos
you can do kill rush chaser > heavy psycho blitz instead of just psycho blitz after the stHP for slightly more damage (6432)
Lmao I just figured that out right now and then I find this when I almost publish it 😭😭
microwalk is so damn difficult
Turn ur HUD on bro, and frame data so we can see the damage 😆
How is it possible to do 3 drive cancels? After 2 you are supposed to be Burned out right?
Notice how after the first DR cancel he walks a bit forward, that gives him just enough bar to not burn out after the second cancel.
its called a microwalk
2 frame walk btw. It's alot easier to do with walking st. mp but you lose out on like 150 dmg@@HelioReborn
Ed seems so finicky with tons of situational combos yet the reward is extremely low; he deals very little damage.
Who deals more than that currently?
@@willjace789
most of the high dmg chars such as luke, ken, dee jay, marisa, jp, etc.
@@willjace789cammy with one drive rush deals more damage
@@bigjc5546 lol that's cap link some proof or get gone

Bro his combos are literally similar to Ken in the sense that they revolve mostly around his target combo,
