The length of most of those tractor units would be completely unworkable in the UK and European continent. Stuck at the first point of delivery..Ok if you have masses of room, I guess

Most of the big sleepers here are just trucks that are used for moving furniture and other things. No backing essentially. Just pull up and unload.
