Beautifully done. There are too many "CNC3020" models. Can you give a link to a model similar to yours? And what is your spindle power? Have you tried making guilloche on this CNC?
Hello sir, your work is so great inspirational. I am just starting with custom watches and wanting to do something like you. Can I ask you what type of colours do you use? Are these acrylic colours? Thank you very much and looking forward to more videos!
I see you stopped using acetone to remove the glue from the back of the dial? Was that to not risking having acetone leaking to the front of the dial and messing with the paint?
thank you..i was waiting for this video... can you explain what kind of cnc do you use, the settings etc a bit more in detail? How thick is the brass plate do you use?
thanks for comment! I have CNC3020 with spindle 1.5kw. Purchased from China directly 2 years ago, you can check this video for details: ruclips.net/video/JTQxcN_oAow/видео.html Normally I use cupronickel blanks and sometime brass. Thickness depends on dial design, but mostly 0.7mm for dials 0.4...0.5mm thick and 1mm for thicker dials. I found cupronickel more stable for temperature deformations and overall more easy machining than brass when it comes to dials making.
@@watchmakeratelier thank you soooo much to share your experience... i like watches, but im more in to create-make than just purchase... i.need all information i can find.. thx again ✌️✌️👍
Acetone removes superglue (and the paint) so heating makes most sense. But I wonder could you uses little underneath as it starts to lift. I have lots of questions as I just got a CNC for doing all types of parts for watches.
@@watchmakeratelier so true. The problem is the repetition. Use something that flows and is not a short loop. Also try using several different tracks to keep things fresh.
The watch is so beautiful.
thank you very much!
Great video with lots of information and technique. I'm very deaf, subtitles would be really helpful. Thanks.
Extremely intricate job, love the vibrancy!
thanks a lot!!!!😍
great job!!!
Thank you 😊
this is the coolest thing. thanks so much for showing!!!
thanks a lot!!!🙏🏻
After seeing your exquisite craftsman ship ... I immediately subscribed to your channel ...

Many thanks!
Amazing. Subscribed and liked. Well deserved my attention.
Thank you very much! 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻
Impressive effort and results!
Thank you!
Amazing work. What kind of paint did you use for dial and indicators?
Excellent job!!

thanks a lot! this is custom made from China. please check my CNC unboxing video, there is info in comments
Another great video and another great dial, thanks for sharing! What black paint do you use?
thanks for comment! I use Marabu Glas Black Art.#130639
Thank you for your great skills! Could you please tell what glue do you use for dial holding? Thank you
Thank you! I use "super glue" Loctite 495 or similar
Great work 👍😊 please tell me what paint you used
thanks! this is Marabu Glas series
Awesome work mate. Curious to know how do you do the dial feet / location points for them?
General idea is here: ruclips.net/video/gDTg27L4Qhs/видео.html, but often I use CNC to get location very precise.

Thank very much sir! I do use Marabu GLAS and PORCELAIN paints. Good luck🙏🏻
Thank you very much! you are very kind :)) @@watchmakeratelier
Good Very Good!!! А Можно Такие Часы в Подарок Бесплатно???😁😁😁
😁
Excellent.
Many thanks!
Hello what liquid did you mix with luminius powder? Amazing, colorful watch!
Thanks😊 . It is a transparent lacquer. Normally comes with lum sets.
How many endmill bits you already broke?)) I mean, during CNC learning curve? It's not so easy like 3D printing, right?
well :) quite some, both machines need practice, but CNC is less forgivable
I see you stopped using acetone to remove the glue from the back of the dial? Was that to not risking having acetone leaking to the front of the dial and messing with the paint?
You are very right😀👍 but more I care about finished surface, acetone destroy it easily.

Hello, what paint did you use for the dial. The black one?
this is Marabu "Glas" series
Nice work, is amazing, thanks for share you knowledge. The music is annoying
thank you!
what cnc machine do you use or recommend ?
no particular brand, it has to be rigid and precise enough to handle such type of work.
Aku menguki coin half dolar sebagai ganti dial sebagai ganti dial dan itu sangat cantik beda dengan jam lain
ide yang hebat!
Are you selling thougs dials?
not a the moment
I thought the dial was white
silver plating gives white tone.
Such a neat illusion
Have you thought about creating dials for people? You should. I suspect that there would be a lot of demand.
Thanks. Yes, probably, I need to get more time for it🤞🙏
Beautiful work! Annoying music.
thanks a lot! music is actually very difficult part :)
