Hip Mobility: Unilateral Weighted Butterflies

  • Recommended sets/reps: 2-3 sets x 10-15 repetitions each side
    Would definitely start with bilateral (both sides), then start unilateral (one side) with the side that has LESS mobility.
    You can always add more yoga blocks if needed, or remove it completely.
