What a touching video. Fantastic story to truly show leading by example. Even though in the end the young man went to work for someone else, he still took that learning with him. Sometimes leaders are afraid of investing in training because people will take the learning elsewhere, but 1) we've paid it forward to that person and another team and 2) the next person who comes to us may bring their learning experiences with them as well. Never be reluctant to invest in someone's future.

A great video, I’m truly moved.
I am almost positively sure there was another version when I saw it first upon its release, with the same two main characters where the guy/leader ultimately brings coffee to a poor guy who lives under a bridge.... and the kid eventually does the same - brings the poor guy coffee.
It is briefly quoted in this video here with some of the shots of the kid under the bridge, but I would love to see the other version in full if that is in any way possible?
If somebody could point me in the right direction that would be very much appreciated.
