help my arms are on fire!!! I've always hated working out my arms when I went to the gym with equipment but with pilates I can still do them because there are different exercises and you Rachel manage to make the lessons really enjoyable!!! so even if it's not my strong point thank you so much because you make everything nice and let me do what otherwise I wouldn't do!!! thanks a lot as always ❤️❤️👍🏻👍🏻
Aw thank u so much Beatrice your comments always make my day!! Truthfully I am the same with arm work, I find everything else so much more enjoyable 😆 but I find adding variety and new ways of doing it helps make the workout go quicker haha. So glad u enjoyed this one!

Thanks for the awesome workout! I doubt I’ll be able to lift much tomorrow. Who knew you could get so sweaty from an arm workout. Great variations with the pole and hand weight. Maybe in future videos you could post what poundage of weights you are using? I took a 10lb one! Made it through but the last couple reps were difficult.

You did say you were using 5’s in during the video. It would be more helpful if it were in the beginning section when you list the props. I can definitely feel the little tiny muscles that obviously weren’t getting worked with regular weight exercises. The ball really helped activate the abs too. ❤
