In Kaunas I work out in the oldest gym in Lithuania, an old Soviet gym from the Lithuanian Soviet Union time. We ride the Honda motorcycle in direction of the Baltic coast where as it turns out is no ferry (only Klaipeda). On the Russian Lithuanian border with Kaliningrad we check out the confluence of rivers. The other side is being blockaded by the EU through the sanctions. After we find someone's wallet we spend the night in Silute.

They can easily manage the weight of a bike spread on two wheels. The tractors are driving there to clean and to cut the grass around the sidewalks

Do you plan to visit the Curonian Spit, the long and thin stretch of land (ferry in Klaipeda) on your travels? I was there last year and I found it fascinating because of the sand dunes unique to the region.
Depends on perspective, though a lot of people legit don't/didn't know it's there. Yeah mate, on our way there. Great dunes and by the looks of it the Russian side even had the better looking ones but you couldn't get there. When we finally found amber was also on that peninsula.

Your deadlift technique needs some looking at. Eyes up, straight back, bum down and lift with your legs or when you get to decent weights you will injure yourself
Word, though that sample was on the final lift of a pr, I could feel the shoulders round (centre of gopro lens also isn't very flattering). Focusing more on posture in later session helped me get past 2x bodyweight though I can still feel the shoulder rounding on the pr's. The part I struggled the most with now is getting into a lower position without if feeling like a squat.

@Pedro Mota I drove to Poland... and I drove back home again, it gets really lonely travelling alone. How much are we looking at in terms of cost for one week? I don't even think I can afford much of the luxury you have, so please tell me...
Two up mate, woman or buddy. Cheapest hostels are 15 euros per person, x2 puts that already in the basic private room category so you might as wel. With a kitchen is cheaper than eating out so worth it once staying somewhere longer than two days. Also in the beginning it wasn't peak season yet, as we progress it is only getting harder to find the good deals, downright impossible some days. But for real traveling in Europe is going for broke, especially with the current inflation and fuel prices. Add to that that super market prices in the Baltics are the same for a lot of things as in the Netherlands. One can compensate by staying longes in cheaper countries so Russia or Belarus would have been good options for that.
