15:44 I used to work for a fairly big flagging company, and those are called TMAs - Truck Mounted Attenuators. There's a joke within the company about calling them "crash trucks" lol It's amazing that that thing is your ultimate protection for workers on interstates
I'm days late viewing this one. So nice of the claw operator to give us a little extra! Thanks Silas, Thanks claw operator! Stayin tuned! 👍🤠 Note: 3:19 I didn't know you had a yard truck, surprised you didn't have one long ago, unless your 90ish Dodge was it.
Thanks again for your fun video. Nice to see how much fun both you and the Claw's crane operator had crushing that car. Looking forward to your next video. Have a good one!
Great how you explain the why, ie alloy wheels and crushing into a cube. l call spending time in a forest tree therapy, great stress release activity, just you and nature.👍👍
Silas, some of those old Shwinns had a 2 speed rear hub. Got red lines around it. Those things, just the hub go for 100-150 $$ on eBay. No cables. You lightly touch brakes go low to high
No 2 speed kickback on that one for certain. Girls + 24"=scrap. The head badge is worth 10X what the bike is worth and it isn't much. It's super easy to find really nice girl's vintage bikes...many boys rode them hard, cut them up, threw away the fenders, chainguard, and repainted them, and mom and dad tossed it, gave it away, or stored it badly. Many girls rode them, and put them away nicely...so many many more girls bikes survive than boys, so they have very little value, mostly as a bike (they usually still work fine), but very rarely as a collectable. YMMV. If you WANT vintage girls bikes, I'll send all of the sellers your way. :)
The "AC" window unit is like the one we had in the 1950's for desert travel. Installed it on the right passenger window. All it did was make the right side of our head wet.
The claw is so much fun ,especially when behind the controls, I gave my friends yard a mini Cooper that he needed the good parts off of ,but I had 1 stipulation, I get to kill it after he stripped it out ....a few weeks later ...perfect timing, he had to demolish a old house on property & we ended up tossing cars thru & into it over the weekend when no employees was there ,the house ended up with about a dozen cars tossed into it with the claw 😁,we all was going for the distance
Love to see someone enjoying what they do. My wife and I sell on eBay and it’s awesome when you find something that someone thinks is junk but is worth $$
My first ever swamp cooler I found was brand new in box never used. It was awesome. Wish I still had it sold it for a few hundred dollars 15 years ago.
For those locust trees why don't you dig a big hole with the excavator make a burn pit and cover the ashes. Nothing to haul away. Just a suggestion you do what you want.
The old white Dodge truck was my fave part, had one just like it back in the 80s, was an old metal delivery truck the bed was destroyed. So I cutoff the bed side & made a flatbed for it, many memories with that truck
Thanks for the content practice with that BB and I'll bring my Daisy and have BB out contest. Anyway saying hellllllloooo from the middle of Kansas peace ✌️
That’s the first Essex I’ve seen or heard of since the 40’s and 50’s. My Aunt owned it and would take us kids for rides in the rumble seat . Our other Aunt had a 37 dodge. Good times 😀
When I was in South Carolina 10 years ago I think scrap was 500-700 a car to the junk yard! They sold everything that anyone wanted especially to fix trailers!
I can't believe that you sold that window a/c unit for 120 dollars. And that old dodge truck with a little bit of time and money it could be back on the road.
That Lunch looked Yum-Yum ! Love the Car Crushing - oh - what Fun ! Visit to the Claw is always Fun ! The Guy on the Claw had a Delegate Tough - ha-ha-ha-ha ! Scary Claw - ah ! Filling those Muddy Areas with Crushed Stone - looking Good ! Another very Enjoyable Video Silas and many Cheers from Australia !!!!
When i was a kid In 1963 We went to Nebraska to visit family in our 1954 Ford wagon and we had one of them swamp coolers that attached to the gutters and window 😆 I remember my dad every 10 minutes or so tell my grandma to pull the cord! It dipped the membrane into the water for cool air. As we had the windows closed my grandma was basically the only one not baking in that summer heat 😅!
Window a/c is called swamp cooler Fill tank with water, wind from driving is forced over water and "cools" the air. Mostly mists the water and you get wet
Man HATE to see that S10 ZR2 get crushed! In Michigan they are totally rusted away and that one had a lot of the ZR2 specific trim still on and in tact. Bed looked to be pretty rust free. Saw some rot in the rockers, but not too bad compared to here!
I said a word that wasn’t even that controversial in last week’s video. I got good views but almost no revenue. Edited that word out and immediately it started making normal ad revenue. It’s ridiculous.
@@AdventuresMadeFromScratch easily half my comments are deleted on RUclips. It's not like I say anything controversial either. 50/50 chance this comment will disappear. It's really getting ridiculous.
Crusher Cam never gets old! And the Claw Man had a jolly, too!
I bushhogged locust trees with my dad's tractor once and flattened all four tires !

Thank you Silas . Your happiness and Joy are contagious. I have always enjoyed visiting recyclers here in 🇨🇦 . You lucky man.😊
Congratulations on your new home. You work hard, God is good ❤
I'm days late viewing this one.
So nice of the claw operator to give us a little extra!
Thanks Silas, Thanks claw operator!
Stayin tuned! 👍🤠
Note:

It’s already toast. Usually if I need to drive around the yard I just use my nice truck or the equipment. It was bought to work, not look pretty 😆
That guy was having way too much fun with the claw, that laugh 😂😂😂
favorite thing on this one the thunderbird thats nice
Thanks again for your fun video. Nice to see how much fun both you and the Claw's crane operator had crushing that car. Looking forward to your next video. Have a good one!
Hey the loader has a bucket! Never seen anything but the forks on there. Makes quick work spreading that rock.
Love the crusher taking care of business
Thanks for sharing
Claw footage was a treat. You’re having too much fun!
it was great to see the claw again please show it in more of your videos
My favorite part of any of your videos is seeing amfs in my notifications
The thunderbird and squishing the escorts into a cube.
Excellent silas cheers 🥂 😊
Cool model t
always a pleasure to look at yours videos Silas. So full of life. Yours Mads from Denmark

Once a bicycle guy, always a bicycle guy. No parts to waste.

Great bbq
Give them the squeeze 💪👍👍🤗
International grain truck has a great look!
PS - Liked how you made that red SUV Ford Escape into a metal taco!
Those window AC units were n own as swamp coolers.
Enjoyed as always
I also put some scrap out on the curb today! 😊
I liked the Dodge pickup. if I were anywhere near you, I would buy it whole.
Love to see someone enjoying what they do. My wife and I sell on eBay and it’s awesome when you find something that someone thinks is junk but is worth $$
Ahh…I love the smell of a new crusher in the morning!
I bet the claw operator has a blast at work. And has no aggression whatsoever after work. 😂😂😂
Silas...after you clear those trees put some gravel down. 😊
I’m surprised to see a crash attenuator brought in. Hopefully no one was seriously hurt. We have four of the exact models in service.
My first ever swamp cooler I found was brand new in box never used. It was awesome. Wish I still had it sold it for a few hundred dollars 15 years ago.
Nice ones go for huge money these days
Silas another great video sir
Great show keep up the amazing work be safe my friends God bless all

The running Dodge pickup. Mopar doesn't give up that easy. ❤
Damn I thought that old beast was gonna rol into your new tailgate lol
Always an adventure, thumbs up, great video
I saw a couple of 60 Thunderbirds at a car show last week sad to see that one wasn't taken better care of.
That’s the first Essex I’ve seen or heard of since the 40’s and 50’s. My Aunt owned it and would take us kids for rides in the rumble seat . Our other Aunt had a 37 dodge. Good times 😀
Cool thanks for the crush show 🤘
When I was in South Carolina 10 years ago I think scrap was 500-700 a car to the junk yard! They sold everything that anyone wanted especially to fix trailers!
thx!
I really like the dodge 318 motors they always did me well.
Fun video. Claw is cool to watch in action. Peace
I can't believe that you sold that window a/c unit for 120 dollars. And that old dodge truck with a little bit of time and money it could be back on the road.
Always awesome 👍
You put that '60 T-bird in front of the crusher just to tease the crusher. I believe that machines have personality, and you're a wisea$$.
Cubing them last 2 rigs was fun to watch

Fun video the Ford Escapes didn't escape the crusher. The Dodge pu is rough but has potential. 👍👍👍👍👍👍
It's crazy the difference in value on old bikes like that. Here in the Northeast it would be a minimum of $75.
Great adventure crushing cars wow the claw great video thank you
Those 'Square Birds' always catch my eye . . .
The Thunderbird
I like that old Dodge
Should have been more careful when you pulled that rifle out. Don't want to lose you !!
cool
Very good video Silas
I'd take the back of that Thunderbird! Only problem I live in London UK! 😊

Thanks for the video.Really enjoy it like they old fashioned air conditioner you the man makes that money
bet you cant wait till your boys are old enough enough to come out and help you!
That T Bird rear clip would be a cool wall hanger with those taillights lit up
Like the videos 😂😂😅😅
Mmmmmm,EZ Crusher tacos 🌮
Yes that looks cold Peace out
The CLAW!
Window a/c is called swamp cooler
Fill tank with water, wind from driving is forced over water and "cools" the air. Mostly mists the water and you get wet
That claws a bad machine.
rolling stones song. under my thumb, the dog that once had me down.
Great Day for Crushing Cars..
Loved the content Mate
I always looked forward to lunch lol
I remember working with my neighbor at his junkyard he rented a crusher also he made lots of bread 🍞 but passed away some years back
My ‘check engine” light has been on for 6 years.
15 on our jeep, still runs good.
Sup Silas the claw man
Lunch of champions.....
Salis with regard to the weather it is my belief that the seasons have moved and it’s about 8 weeks
But we are stuck in the past with the calendar
Two videos a week are loved, but you can easily burn yourself out by staying up late when you need to be asleep. Take care of yourself first, Silas.

@@AdventuresMadeFromScratch ridiculous indeed.
I wish Rumble would catch up!
Dig your content Brother
I think the guys at the claw were having too much fun tearing up that old Ford truck of yours
omg just imagine if the Truck at the claw rolled back into the new tailgate! ( yet i know the wheels were flat but you never know)
Console but column shift on the T-bird!
I like watching your stuff. Started a few weeks ago. You need a camera man or crew man. Great stuff.
Shaun 🇿🇦
BEST-BEST-BEST..........MUD-PIES!!!!!!!
👍🏼🏁Great Video
Is the claw was worth it
Don't complain about the cold, come June you'll need a frogman's suit.
We set cold records in April and tomorrow is supposed to be a heat record. Never really did get much of a spring
please sir... can i have another!
It’s a Scrap yard, 😂
