This is the first time I have dedicated any time to doing stretches at home for personal health. Thank you for this, it was really nice and easy to follow along. I hope to do it a few more times to increase some of that flexibility that I'm missing out on. :P
I did this for the first time this morning. As a keen runner with tight hips I know it is really going to help with my flexibility. Thank you so much for making this easy to follow...I loved it!
love this. for most of these poses, i'm having trouble keeping my back staight..there is a hunch to my back when I fold in. Any tips on how I can practice lengething my upper back?
That Smile!!! Those Eyez!!! That Voice!!! That Face!!! That Mind!!! That Body!!! That Skill!!! As close to Perfection As It Gets!!! Too bad everything she teaches me brings pain to all my previously injured areas! But, it always feels better afterward! If only I could get on this diet thing alot stronger.. Lol.
