- This RUclips video series will be very different from all other material we have released before. This series will focus on Rich and his family (Froning 5). It will give you a behind the scenes look into the lives of Rich, Hillary, and their three children - Lakelyn, Trice, and Violet. Enjoy!

Being someone who was adopted at birth... YOU are their mom. Even if they meet their birth parents someday. You two will forever be mommy and daddy. Keep on keeping on.

Rich, a few years ago my wife and I were struggling to have kids and she mentioned fostering and adoption. I was totally against it then, however after hearing you share your story my heart changed and now we have two of the most beautiful girls. Thanks for opening up about this and helping me bring my kids home.

I'll never understand why some ppl feel the need to be so awful online. You guys are amazing, and I love your story. Every time I see Hillary and Rich with the kids, I think to myself, "This is exactly where these kids were meant to be."
Hillary I think you're the bomb. This is definitely some motivation for all those parents who think they're not doing a good job. Do your best and never give up.
Anyone that says you're not a real mom can't be happy in life. If I had the resources and time I would adopt a house full of kids. A mom is someone that loves conditionally and gives their life to children. That broke my heart to hear that. God loves and thanks you both for giving those little ones a beautiful loving life♥️

I LOVE THIS SERIES!!! The fact that they didn’t cut off any scenes with Trice being goofy or the crying or anything. Shows how true Rich and his beautiful family is!

You are a real mother Hillary, I’m adopted and never once do I ever see my parents as anything different. My mom always told me, “you may not have been born under my heart but in it.” It’s not about the biology it’s always about the love and care. From what I see these kids have two amazing, selfless parents who will always love them and that is what being a mother and a father is all about. Bless you all.

I have two adopted older sisters. All grew up together since we were babies/toddlers. We're all in our 30s now, still best friends, have successful lives/careers, love our parents. Honestly better off and get along better than a lot of the typical biological families I know. You're doing the right thing.
I love this video. My mom couldn’t have any other kids after me. She felt like our family wasn’t complete, and when I was 5 we got a call saying that there was a little boy who belonged in our family. When I walked into the room, he turned and smiled (I swear he smiled even though he was only 3 days old) and I knew he was my brother. I know that God intended him to be my brother from the very beginning. I know that God also knew that my mom’s body wasn’t going to be able to bring him to our family, and we are so grateful for the family that did bring him to us. I hope that your video will bring knowledge and inspiration to many people.
My heart is filled with so much emotion in hearing your story how great you all are. How much you uplift me and Of course you know god had these children picked out special for you long before you would know

Dear Rich and Hillary, Both my wife and I have recently had a child and also adopted a teenager. We are also contemplating adopting two other children. Words can not express the heart felt appreciation I have for your video. Being able to be a father is the best gift God has given to me. I’m 90 secs in and honestly this will probably be my favorite series. One thing that made me a follower of Rich was his mother as a man. I’ll never be at fit as him or get to do some of the things he has. But I like seeing the parts that I do relate to and can learn from.
Rich is considered the Fittest on Earth only because your strength is immeasurable.... you have a beautiful family and you’re the type of mother every child deserves!
"when am I sacrificing too much for the future that I'm missing out on the present". As a father of 4, I feel ya. On top of my full-time job, I'm a National Guardsman. Between work, drill and annual training, schools, and two deployments I've missed my fair share. Best tip I can give you is learn to be okay declining invitations to events. Plan family outings and prioritize them over other invites. I'll also take days off where I'm not doing chores or catching up on anything else other than personal time with the wife and kids.
Hillary seeing you being such a loving Mom made a really hard day better. 💙
I first saw this mini series right before my son was born. Rich’s words about who he wants to be for his children have always stuck with me and they often run through me head. He’s a massive influence on who I am everyday as a father. I hope all you Fronings are doing well!

Want to thank you guys for what you done. I was in the foster system when I was 13 years old until 18. My last foster parent became my family and were always there for me it was a blessing and to see how you guys are with your beautiful children is a great witness to others. God bless you guys!

THIS IS MY NEW FAVORITE THING TO WATCH, PLEASE MAKE A NETFLIX SERIES 😄 thank you so much for creating this, it's so raw and genuine. You all have such a beautiful family!💓 I love how you showed the real parts of parenting and I also loved Rich's advice for future parents, "Don't listen to anyone". A lot of people try to give you advice on how they think you should raise your kids. Everyone is different though and different things work for different families. I find it so disgusting that people were being hateful to Hilary. I have been mom-shamed before as well, so I know how much that hurts when you're doing your absolute best. She is definitely a REAL MAMA, you can see that deep unconditional love in her eyes and her mama spidey senses kick in anytime possible danger appears. It sounds like she and Rich just want to spend as much time with their babies as possible. That is SO admirable and refreshing. You can see that they are both making the most of their time with all of their beautiful babies and soaking it in. I loved Crossfit before but now I love it even more because this is the high quality of loving, caring, and resilient people that it draws in.🙌💖🏋🏼♀️

Amazing video. My wife and I our first baby in Jan 18. when Rich talked about not truly understanding unconditional love until you have a child of your own, it really is true. When he speaks about time away from family, that spoke to me as well. I changed jobs within the Air Force because I wanted a better work-life balance. Absolutely awesome.

For health class, we watched a video on The Fittest Man. I was amazed and impressed and even shocked when I watched it. But the main thing I held onto, was how the family were Christians and had such bold ams strong faith in the Lord.
Afterwards, I wanted to learn and see more about your family. Then I found your YouTude channel. You guys are amazing.
Hillary, your an amazing mom. You don't have to have given birth to be a true mother. A true mother is someone who loves and cares for a child or even just another human. I'm a 'mother hen' to my guy friends at school. I worry about them and care about what happens. You want to protect then and let them know they are loved.

I loved this video and the peak into your lives! My wife and I have two biological boys, but decided to adopt when the youngest boy was 10. Today our daughter, Emma's Gotcha Day! According to the calendar, she has been ours for 9 years. I cannot imagine a life without her! Thank you for sharing!
I just have to say from a family that went through the infertility I am so glad that both of these two get to be parents. They are what parents should look at being.
I look at them and I can’t help but tear up cause I understand the missing out. I understand the pain of failed test. I understand rich saying “there is nothing you can say to make it better”.
