We just completed a 5000 mile boat trip (not the great loop). The North Channel and Georgian Bay where without a doubt the best parts of the trip. The Benjamins were one of our favorite anchorages. Thanks for sharing!
I live in Southern Ontario. I have done the Trent Severn, Rideau Canal and 1000 Islands on a jetski! You have inspired to try the North Channel and 30000 Islands. It looks beautiful!
Watching this sitting at the dock in little current right now. Thanks for sharing Been in that little hole at the benjis a few times just watch for the large boulder on the left going in
This is another great and interesting video. You do such a good job of covering the situation, it make me feel as though I am there. Thank you, safe travels.
I really enjoy your videos, I plan to single hand a 400 Mainship next year. Could you include a couple more docking videos with a little wind if it’s not too much to ask. It seems like you’ve come so far since pulling out of your home port. Cheers 🍻
I'm just so incredibly proud of you, Michael. I'm about 20 years your junior, and you hike and do things by yourself that I would never consider. . .and you do it all in a stride. You are an inspiration that tells me not to be so old and to go enjoy life. I loved Bridal Veil Falls! I can't wait to see more. I'm curious as to what internet you use?
I will, but not while I’m currently doing the loop as the boat is a complete mess. I plan on doing a full tour inside and out underneath and around when I get closer to the end of my loop. Stay tuned.
Wow, another segment of spectacular cruising. I admire your nerve to wriggle into that tiny, rock-filled cove. It would have been a nightmare if you bent a prop, but the risk was worth it -- what a gorgeous little spot to anchor. Nice trek to see the Falls. How do you attach a camera over your head? I didn't see you holding any sort of rod as you walked. Thanks for sharing the adventure.
I actually turned off my engines and let the wind blow me into that area to eliminate bending a prop. I was holding the camera on a stick which gets painted out in software.
No, it was 3 feet of clearance under the hull where the transducer is mounted. Only about a foot under my prop. That’s why nobody wanted to come into that spot. Good thing the water was clear.
You,are a good time waiting to happen, enjoying your videos, nice yacht and doing great work, keep it up..
Good Job there Diver!!! Stay safe enjoying the journey and information
Love the cove area! The clear water is awesome.
Beautiful scenery
Great work! Have you or are you ever going to do a walkthrough of your boat?

Yep, quite a beautiful spot, but can be a prop eater.

I have Starlink on my boat.
Did you ever do a boat tour, space, storage, equipment etc? One of your down days you should do that if you haven’t already.
I will, but not while I’m currently doing the loop as the boat is a complete mess. I plan on doing a full tour inside and out underneath and around when I get closer to the end of my loop. Stay tuned.
I'm Thinking you are speaking of the end of July for Mackinaw Island? I've been watching out for you in the Traverse City Michigan area.
Yep, end of July.

@@MV_CheckmateSmart move foe maneuvering the boat…have to remember that!
F the squares, you got this.
I think you need to calibrate your depth finder to add/subtract offset for your props
I did that today. Great minds think alike. 😊
Sure didn’t LOOK like 3 ft. of clearance under the props!! 😮 Another great video….Thanks!!
