I made the coconut tarts according to your recipe today. I used the Walmart tart shells. Unfortunately, the coconut part tasted doughy which might because of adding too much pastry flour. I added a slice of Marashino cherries in the middle like the HK bakeries.
The tart moulds are from a place that sells restaurant tools. It’s reusable. The tart pans can be found at the dollar store. I guess can be used one extra time. Most use that once

Interesting, mine didn’t turn out doughy. Question for you, for the coconut shreds are they the finely shredded ones?

Finely shredded.
請教豆沙燒餅。thanks
對不起 豆沙燒餅我不太清楚。
Hi don't you need to grease the tart mould before putting the tart dough in? Won't the tart base stick to tart mould?
I dabbed the tart dough in some flour before pressing it into the tart pan. So it won’t really stick to it
Where did you get the tart molds? Are those single use?
