Do you know which kind of statistics graphpad uses to calculate the significance of the correlation coefficient? You can use both a t-test and and F-test, or maybe they are using some other kind of test, they are not mentioning the name on their website
Congratulations on your videos. I rely a lot to do my statistics on Graphpad Prism for biotic organisms. I would like to know if there is a way to find the Lethal Concentration 95 (CL95) with this software? If so, I could make a video showing step by step. I would appreciate it very much!
