My V20 is having its frequency value flashing and not running. Also, if I power recycle, its parameters get reset . I guess it should be in configuration mode. How to bring it back to normal ?

With firmware version 3.9.5, the parameter p291 has got two additional bits added. Bit 3 and bit 4. These two additional bits were for development use and the added functions are disabled from default. However, it has been found that if cloning from an earlier version, bit 4 can inadvertently get set to "0", activating an additional detection. So with certain motors or with loads, F23 can be generated due to the ripple seen on the DC link. Disabling the F23 Trip Due p291 is service mode protected p3950 must be set first to 46 for access. If access is done from the BOP then this parameter will be saved automatically. If access is done from the Smart access module the settings will need to be saved manually. In p291 there are now the bits 0 to bit 4. The bits 0 and 4 needs to be "1". The bits 1, 2 and 3 needs to be "0" So the binary bit pattern is "10001" and p291 will this will show "11" in Hex So setting p291 to 11(Hex) will disable the trip with F23.
This message occurs when internal switching is incorrect or absent. Possible reasons are problems with electromagnetic compatibility and hardware or software lack of connection. You need to reset the error and if it persists, replace the converter.
This type of error indicates that the motor power is too high, the load cycle is high, and the frequency converter overloads. To troubleshoot, you need to check the electric motor's and frequency converter's technical characteristics and ensure that the load cycle does not exceed the limit values.
