120 pounds and overweight??? No way! What was this person talking about! Ali, you can be so proud of you, you're a beautiful girl and you should really do what makes you happy! If it's Carnivore, it's Carnivore, if it's exercising, it's exercising, but no personal pressure at all. "Life's for living" And thank you so much for being so honest and open minded, your video helps a lot!🙏🙏🙏

bmi is fucked up if you were 5'3 and 120lbs you were not obese. i spent years malnourished to the point where i stopped growing at 5'2. i couldn't get lower than 140lbs when i was starving to death (i think i was at 160 at my sickest). also muscle weighs way more than fat. i'd really recommend not looking at the numbers on a scale and go more off of your measurements and how you *feel* about how you look. not restricting is also a really good idea.

It's always a process, I used to have the absolute worst relationship with food but has definitely gotten better in the last few years.

@@Owlsaur I feel like its easier to have a healthy relationship with food if you're surrounded by people who support you and start caring more about yourself.
