    Kapampangan ako pero naglalagay ako ng mayo lalo na kapag pang-ulam pero syempre kapag pangpulutan eh wala. Superiority complex ng ibang kapampangan eh, syempre iba iba na version ng Sisig, keep it the way you wanted it pero dont impose and force other na sundin ung ganon kahit original pa yan since iba iba tayo ng taste bud

      @@GameplayTubeYT mas marami pa rin akong nakitang pabida na gusto lagi authentic, gusto lagi original. Siguro hindi ka lang nakakakita. Pag galing pinas talaga kadalasan may superioty complex lagi. Hanap ka ng mga adobo recipe ng taga foreigner, pag-mamayabang na hindi daw yun adobo kahit take lang yun nung cook.

    I remember my mom forbids me from eating sisig because it's too fatty until we had a family gathering that I finally tried sisig and it's SO FREAKING GOOD.

      head portion of pork is recommended less fat boil for 3 hours before turning into sisig.

    Sa totoo lang yung first time ko nakakain ng sisig sa labas ng school ay may mayo at onting sili pero ang sarap sarap niya kaya binabalikan ko siya palagi.
    Nakatikim din ako ng walang mayo pero mas prefer ko yung may mayo. Hindi ko lang alam kung original yung natiknan ko.
    Pero siguro sa pananaw ng iba ay natatabunan na ibang version yung original nila at baka makalimutan kaya ganon nalang reaction nila.
    Pero kung sakaling may pagkakataon ako makapunta sa
    Pampanga hahanapin ko talaga yung Authentic/Original nilang dishes. Wag lang sobrang anghang. 😝

    Sisig was a fave in my old office, pag may birthday, almost every month, nasa handa nayan, we didn't care kung may mayo and egg (ang daming nega comment) basta we enjoyed the food, masarap and most of all we had a good time. Ngayong pandemic, work from home kami lahat, nakakamiss ang good time sa office with friends and food.

    I'm from Pampanga and I love the Authentic Sisig but this looks delicious as well. They used the right pork part which is great, I sometimes want eggs on my sisig lol.

      @@drawingnikaycee9261 ok ka lang ate? Yung orig version nyan walang mayo at itlog meron yan liver o kaya utak ng baboy. Alternative yang mayo kung wala o ayaw ng pig brain. Punta ka dito sa Pampanga patikimin kita ng sisig para naman di puro yung sa kanto lang yung natitikman mong sisig diko alam kung taga san lupalop ka eh at alam mong may mayo at itlog lahat ng sisig.

    Kapampangan ako pero hindi ako triggered, bakit naman ako ma titrigger? eh kanya kanya naman tayo sa pagluto ng ating pagkain, bakit kayo ba kakain nyan? kung hindi nyo gusto ang may mayo at itlog, then go! walang pumipulit sayo, feeling entitled lng ung iba kong mga kababayan na kapampangan kasi feeling nila dahil sa kami ang orig sa pagluto ng sisig eh dapat sundin na ng lahat.       Well they have the rights to get mad cuz after all, sisig is still a kapampangan dish, and you cannot do anything about it (just you know Pampanga is the culinary capital of the Philippines). Putting mayo and egg for them Is like putting a pineapple to your pizza where in fact originally, pizza doesn't even have a pineapple.

    Mas nasasarapan parin talaaga ako sa original sisig kesa sa mga ganyan. Don't get me wrong masarap din naman yan ganyang klase ng sisig, pero parin talaga yung original.

    It's funny filipinos are practicing proper etiquette when it comes to cooking. You can see in most of the vlogs even for street foods, filipinos used serving spoon s for engridients or spices while some other asians and even westerners mixed their spices using their bare hands. 🙂

      One, if they have a permit to operate then they do have to mind their sanitation if they want to continue in business. Two, you say most vlogs even those about street food. They're probably extra conscientious because there's a camera pointing at them. Three, the servers and cooks may observe sanitary practices but usually their customers usually don't.
