  • Hello Everyone,
My daughter has been suffering from anxiety depression and panic attacks since she was very young. We needed to start thinking outside the box and find her help. So we turned to genetic testing to see if she has a gene mutation that contributes to these issues. Her new journey starts now.
Follow along to see if her lifestyle changes will help. Below are the resources I researched to help lead her down her new path.

When I first started listening to this my thought was magnesium. Don't do the serum test, ask for the RBC MAGNESIUM TEST, it tests in the cells where it matters. Their are a few different RBC tests, I would request all of them. Look into histamines too with foods just in case. And a biggie can be her phone!! Many people are sensitive to the emfs that they produce. She shouldn't have it close to her body while sleeping, they say 3 feet away but I would go further. And people with schizophrenia likely have a bad Vit D
deficiency. We really need our nutrients desperately!! Hippocrates said let food be thy medicine & medicine be thy food. Our soils are very depleted too with so many chemicals, buy or grow the best you can. Good luck🌱

Celtic Salt have magnesium in not one, but three forms. Its reason why is always moist, is strongly hygroscopic, helps getting water in to your cells, hdyrate better your body, beause hydration means more water in your cells, not water flowing thru you directly into you blood and kidneys. I agree with you, strong, healthy grass fed animal have high amount of quality vitamins, go carnivore. Beef is the best source of energy, proteins, vitamins and minerals on planet Earth. And grass fed egss, quality butter, if you wish.

We love meat. We actually buy a 1/4 ow twice a year from a local farmer. So much better.
We are also using grass feed butter. Huge change!

I am hoping he does also.
He has a pretty open mind about things like this.
I will find someone even if it means going to another city . I can be very determined at times and it is breaking my heart to see her suffer like this

They don't really tell you much because by the time a deficiency ends up in your blood its at the extreme level ... take a supplement for two weeks and see if it does anything for you. If not or you feel worse stop. My friend had no low iron in her blood but i told her try it from her symptoms she tried and felt better the next day! I had heart arythmias scary ones...a random person in the chemist suggested i try magnesium... two days later heart symptoms stops. They came back when i went on holiday and forgot my magnesium. When i took iodine i immediately felt it hit my brain clear my brain fog. When i started taking vitamin d it took a while but my seasonal depression went away. Unfortunately the vitamin d made my magnesium levels worse and often you will have more than one because they all rely on each other so I'd recommend taking a multivitamin just as a base line and add a specific supplement on top of that if you think you might have the symptoms of a deficiency. Don't add more than one supplement at a time unless the work together like vitamind d and magnesium. Boron iodine etc lots of these you only need a small amount and i dont recommend a big dose.

      Good Morning
The genetic test is $599. I know sounds expensive but for her piece of mind and getting off those antidepressants worth every penny!

I don't mean to offend anyone who reads this but from my experience with AZ dr just in the 4 years she was at college I am convinced that anyone who flunked out of med school ended up in AZ. Have never ever had a good experience with any dr down there
