I have a pair of 5 kg dumbbells, and I use the "Dumbbell Workout for Home" app for my daily workouts. I’ve completed the 30-day beginner full-body workout plan, and I’m about to finish the 30-day intermediate plan. Should I get a resistance tube? If I do, how can I incorporate it with dumbbell to maximize benefits? And from which stage should I start... And I would highly appreciate you if you make which exercise is most effective with bare dumbbell and which with resistance tube.or may be make a shorts while combining both (all the exercises that you had mentioned in the above plan)
Thanks for writing. You can start from intermediate or Advanced if you are already comfortable with the bands and for Dumbbells, I can suggest follow my dumbbell only shorts series. Let me know if you can't find it.
