    Thank you so much for this video! Your technique is so easy to follow and comes across as professional so I feel more comfortable trying your method. I have had chocolates get stuck in molds and it is a nightmare! Can't wait to try this. :)

      The sauce was absolute perfection! I did add some vanilla bean paste at the end to take it over the edge. I wish you could say how much chocolate to melt for the candies, I had to wing it and did not have enough. That said, I loved this but will definitely be using the microwave tempering technique since I clearly am seed tempering challenged...

    How long do these last before spoiling? Do they need to be kept in the fridge since there is cream in the caramel? I love all your tutorials❤️

      They are chocolates so quite a while. Just like a cand bar you would get at a store :)

    Oh those would be so delightful with any other nut. I have my preferences and I do not like hazelnuts at all. I find this so odd myself since I love every other nut on the planet. So other than having the nut this will be a goodie for me to cherish. Hubby is diabetic so is there anything I can use.
