I love the camera, JVC but come on, why didn't you include the option to record in 4k ? I don't understand releasing a camera like this for $17,000.00 would not be a 4k camera. Please respond and let us know if you plan on releasing a camera like this one but with the 4k version.
Because news stations dont have the support for 4K. Most are still using 480i, 720p or 1080i/p so 4K is pretty fecking useless and most of them have the servers set up to automatically reject formats greater than 1080.
I understand why jvc, sony, panasonic, continue to produce video cameras of this goat, a mirrorless camera, Lumix that costs less than a thousand dollars, and has much better quality than these products that go over 5 thousand dollars and do not offer cilsi, a desperate image😞

A serious contender against the Sony cameras. Looks like price point matches the Sony line-up given performance specs.
