You are doing yeoman's work. This is the most understandable, easiest to understand presentation of this information that I have ever come across. I say that as an individual who has an undergraduate degree, minor in marketing, and a currently working on my post graduate studies in marketing. Thank you very, very much . Bless you!]
Hi Matt, thank you very much for the video. Could you please tell me the brand of that coffee machine you brought which later sent you a thank you card. I'd like to use that as an example in my essay for this topic in a coming exam. So I can go online and know a little more about it. Again, thank you very much, it's a great video
how to make sure they purchase the right goods or services? i think it should be on post-purchase behavior. is it necessary to ask them about our products (o r a survey) for that?
I was in anticipation wondering "what coffee machine did he get?! Is it a Pavoni? Maybe he got a Milano Rocket.." And then you his us with a Keurig... a fucking KEURIG! After all that talk about liking coffee.. Then I thought you were going to go into buyers remorse and tell us you returned it for an actual decent coffee machine, but nope. Still enjoyed the video aside from this major flaw.
