Pretty genius 👌 idea
Don't know if your video increased demand for the loop, causing it to quadruple in price, but this set-up is still a fraction of the cost of a Rogue purchase. Greatly appreciate this idea and the humor. Thank you.
This is awesome!
Good idea 👍🏻
Great channel! Thank you so much Rob for all tips...very appreciated. You are still handsome inspiring guy.
Thank you!!
Man, thats a clever idea. Greeting from Brazil. Keep rocking!
Thanks yago! Appreciate the support. You guys have the best flavor of Jiu-Jitsu by the way (no disrespect to the Japanese, of course)
@@ThreeStormFitness Thanks! We have to thank all the americans too, as they are the ones responsable for the popularization of jiu jitsu after the first ufc with Royce Gracie. Nowadays you can find a gracie gym in every city here! Stay strong. OSS!
Love the DIY - thanks brother. Blessings from CA.
Love the love from Cali... That's where I used to put my mac down (glendora and danville).
@@ThreeStormFitness Wow small world - I grew up in Alta Loma and played basketball in high school against Glendora.
That's awesome! We moved when I was in elementary, but I've been back a couple times since. Love it out there
Really cool idea as usual! Good work, dude!
Nice to see you barefoot too! Do you take good care of them? Or do they ever get calloused and dirty?
Thanks Gavin! Honestly dude, nothing really embarrasses me. As long as I don't wake up one night with my toes in your mouth, we can still be friends (I guess breaking and entering is where I draw the line) :)
EDIT: just realized I answered another a question you asked on another thread... Sorry that was a weird reply from me
I got the spud inc glut ham raise strap love it. Saved me money from buying the machine.
Nice to hear another solid review on that. Even though I really don't need one, I'll probably buy one at some point just to mess with it. I want to be like Spud when I grown up.
@@ThreeStormFitness lol.
Brilliant! Everybody is talking about this exercise feels very overblown do you feel this is any better than stiff or Romanian deadlifts?
Thanks! I wouldn't say it's better or worse. It's close enough to rdls and stiff leg dls when it comes to hamstring development, but I think those exercises do a bit more for the rest of the posterior chain. Also, rdl variations are more of a stretch, where these feel more like a contraction (even though it's slow eccentric). Don't know if that makes sense. At the end of the day, I think they compliment each other well
Thanks very interesting. I tried these today with a very padded 2" barbell pad and off my bench and with bands hung in middle using Henny strap to get just the right support. Felt great now I know why people do them. I wonder since it is mostly eccentric how those flywheel systems would be for this since you can control how much eccentric force. @@ThreeStormFitness
Fucking genius holy shit
Damn, Rob! Get an onlyfans!
