Thanks for this! I’ve been doing ghd situps for years and recently didn’t set up the machine correctly to have my glutes all the way off the pad. My lower back did not feel great the next day. Looking forward to fixing that for next time

Hey guys, how do you read this? 15 min Amrap (I know that's as many rounds as possible)
    200m Run

It is okay to round the back during back extension as shown towards the end of video?

thank you, excellent video explaining this - i never really understood the GHD vs Roman chair.
I'm giving up on deadlifts after another lower back injury from deadlifts - yes i was using bad form but even with good form its risky IMHO. so looking for alternatives and stumbled upon this.
I was previously just doing squats & deadlifts for legs, but now i'm dropping deadlifts.
Would this be a good substitute for deadlifts?:
    1. hip extensions: using GHD or roman chair if the padding will allow it.
    2. back extensions: using roman chair

I would just do low weight higher rep. Focus on form

if you have to ask an healthy person after every rep if he has pain,i think the exercise might have some doubts haha
