Good morning sir. I am former marine engineer and now I am doing research. Currently, I am planning to do research about engine knocking and turbocharger surging. Do you have any videos of those things? If yes, then it will be much appreciate for research. Thanks in advance.

Good morning. It's nice to hear that is a really great topic to research. At the moment I don't have let me make a video related to this topic.

Hello sir due to back pressure the scavenge air goes back to t/c then what happend to ME and exhaust side. .

Hello if surging will keep for long time damage can be on turbocharger components. Also there can be total loss of turbocharger.Operator should reduce the load of engine and must find that is the cause of surging. Thanks!

Hello what you mean of optimize steam production ? And also which steam boiler main boilers or exhaust gas boilers?

Why turbocharger inlet temperature higher than the all unit exhaust temperature??? Please reply sir

Hello normally the exhaust must be same as cylinders exh gases in case that is bigger check your thermometer calibrate or replace with new when the engine is stopped.

@@Adventure-Story thank you so much for your response.
But I always see that turbocharger inlet temperature always higher than the cylinder exhaust gas temperature. i.e. assume 6 unit yanmar diesel generator the exhaust temperature like this 340, 310, 330, 310, 310 ,320 but exhaust gas at turbine inlet like this 451. All temp. are in degree Celsius. Same in M/ E also.

@@rajkumar-xn1kh conservation of ideal gas formula.. inlet turbo pressure is higher than exh gas manifold.. pv = nRT
      Higher pressure ~ higher temperature
And it's should be like that
