I Never Thought About Traveling To Wisconsin Before, But You Have Completely Changed My Mind! That Cat Was So Prescious!! Thank You For The Video!!! Hugs!!!!
I'm camping right now outside of Minocqua, Wisconsin with a family from Texas across from us and a family from Kentucky just a few sights over. Everyone loves how welcoming and inviting it is here in Wisconsin. -True Story.
Your standard of integrity shows in your character of your videos. They are quite impressive. Thanks for sharing your story with us that are your fans. Outstanding job to both of you. Your truly Ed.
Tell me, do you guy EVER argue? It’s amazing how calm, content and joyful you both are. And can laugh about life’s mistakes and embrace them. Bravo to you. Wish I didn’t grow up in the high pressure high stakes gotta be somebody and be somewhere baby boom era!
Yes!! Please come back to Wisconsin. Door County, Appleton, Kohler, Cedarburg, Waupaca (Chain O' Lakes), and Minoqua are some great places to check out on your next time through Wisconsin! It'd be a great path up to the UP!
Lived in & around Madison for 18+ years! Great University City! Has SO many restaurants and outdoor activities. Just a little different in the winter 😝. But it is a really good place to live and work.
When I was a kid I lived near a dairy farm in Wisconsin and could totally smell that silo! So glad you got to explore Madison - it's a really cute city. Safe travels up to Eau Claire! On your way you'll pass through Black River Falls and there's a giant orange moose just off the freeway. He's glorious.
So excited you came to my home town! I love Madison and the area surrounding it and you both captured it perfectly! Hope you had a blast in WI and come back for more adventures :)
I like how alot of people are saying that they can't believe you visited they're home town in Wisconsin but I can say that you stayed in mine. That farmhouse is my neighbors growing up (you can see my family farm in the drone shots) and am friends with their daughter. I've spent a lot of time on that farm having barnfires and remember the silo being built. It is an awesome place to visit.
Love Madison and walking along Lake Menona. Great place to visit on a budget. Visiting the campus and capitol building are always on my to do list. Best vistas of the city are up on the capitol building.
You guys finally visited a place I know and am from! I was raised in Wisconsin and have been to downtown Madison many times! It made me so happy to see the familiar places and that you both enjoyed it so much! Madison is definitely a fun place to experience and I love it! I’ll have to check out some of the places you checked out as I haven’t been to any of them (except I have been in the capital building many times! It’s so cool!).
I love how you guys always find places (to stay, eat, drink, etc) that have a story to go along with them. It's gotten me into looking for hole in the wall eateries and unorthodox BNBs when we go to new places, too. It just makes the experience more fun!
I used to live in Eau Claire. I'm going to guess you have already gone but if not these are my tops picks -Olsens Ice Cream -Phoenix Park during farmers market -Weavers (Fall Creek) -Devils Punchbowl (menomonie) -Acoustic Cafe -Stella Blues -Big Falls County Park -The Galloway Grill
You all should check out deluth WI as well. If you are heading to Michigan go up north to the upper peninsula and go to Sault Ste. Marie. It’s were the Great Lakes freighters lock up to Lake Superior from Lake Huron. You should save Michigan for the whole summer. You would love it. Also Mackinac Island, Port Huron, Petoskey and so many more
"some of the best cocktails in rrrr entire lives".... Loved how Alice was a little tipsy by the end of the day. All those cocktails must have been good 😂. It look so picturesque there.. Would be an amazing place to live. Thanks for sharing. Looking forward to you doing more of the state with your van🙂
You guys are pretty much god-level now looking for unique and picturesque homestays 😅 silos covered in vines? That's like.. incomprehensible! Do you guys use the tab in AirBNB that picks unusual stays or do you actively seek 'em out online based off of recommendations? And those cocktails are some of the most unusual and yet seemingly healthy concoctions ever made! Props to Wisconsin for breaking new ground in those areas :) keep those amazing posts and city facts coming! ^_^
Ahh, when you two travel....you take us away. Thanks for letting us tag along. I can already imagine your RV trips of epicurean exploration. Can't wait..... Hey, get back and finish the RV!!! 😀🛠
DO NOT miss Door County! Or Bayfield!! Take the ferry to Madeline Island. Kayak the Apostle Island. I watch so many RUclips channels and everyone misses the amazing beauty Wisconsin and Minnesota have to offer. Loved this video! We live in Alaska, but lived in MN for nearly 13 years. I have so many destination ideas for you if you are interested.
4:50 totally meets code, right? 😉 I've been to some of the major tourist places in America and had a great time, but my brief tastes of "real America" were fantastic and seeing your videos inspires me to head back and see some proper small-town airbnb type places!
I am so happy you’re enjoying Wisconsin, I live here in the center of the state and Madison is always a good time! If you’re still in the area, you HAVE to hit up Door County!
Peeping that Ian's Pizza sticker. If you end up in Milwaukee, check out Ian's Pizza and Bel Air Cantina! They did a team up one year to make a BBQ Chicken Pizza taco - one of the best things I've ever eaten.
You guys are awesome! Thanks for the entertaining videos! I would love to see how you guys use reusable coffee mugs instead of throwaway plastic ones. You guys are influencer and I’m sure this would make an impact on your viewers. Take care!
Glad you love my home State. UW!!! Go Badgers!! You will have to go up north to Minocqua And Woodruff area next. Amazing there. Along with Door County By Green Bay.
Hi kids! Great to see that you have traveled (or are traveling still) to and through my old stomping grounds of Wisconsin! Your silo Airbnb place looks pretty cool. Good you could find something like that in the central part of the great state of Wisconsin. My only recommendation for you, if you travel to Milwaukee, is to look up the Cedar Valley Cheese Store in Fredonia, Wisconsin, which is off of State Highway 57 about 30 - 40 miles or so (you will be able to find 57 by exiting I-43 north, there is a specific exit sign for Highway 57). This place sells cheese they make themselves, which is cool in and of itself (mozzarella and string cheese are their specialties), but they also have other neat stuff, like cheese curds (if you have ever tried them and like them - they are too squeaky tasting for me, lol!), fudge (fudge! the greatest), sandwiches, an ice cream counter which makes a variety of great treats, a whole pile of souvenirs, and last but not least: some of the BEST cheese popcorn in the world. The store does not make their own cheese popcorn, but they get it from all over Wisconsin. If you are in the mood for fresh cheese and other treats and souvenirs, this is the place to go. They have a website, cedarvalleycheesestore.com, so you can check it out if you are still there when you get my e-mail. You can order online if you are already past Milwaukee. Now that I know you are NOT going to Milwaukee (bummer) this time, when you rev up the RV and go back to Wisconsin and Milwaukee, I have another cheese store recommendation called Larry's Market. This place sells more in the way of artisan cheese, and it is very good. You will be able to find them on Google Maps, they are on the far north side of Milwaukee. Check out their website before you go there, their hours are somewhat limited.
I was born in Madison...glad you enjoyed it. If you want some fun don't miss going to the Wisconsin Dells at some point! (a bit touristy, but a bit of something for everyone from nature to water slides ...so many water slides!)
That silo looks amazing and fun but I think my fear of heights would keep me from fully enjoying it. I will live vicariously through you two though! Great video as always, friends! Xoxo- Ang
You were so close to the Upper Peninsula of Michigan! It’s so beautiful there. I literally just got home from spending a week there. Pictured Rocks, Mackinac Island, Munising…
Love Crescendo!!! Favorite coffee place in town :) - haven’t finished the video but Atwood is a great neighborhood to check out next time y’all come back!
Just started watching your video's, so fun you two. Been to that lake in Madison many times, now living in Canada. Not sure I would sleep in that silo, a bit too well, ok, enjoying all the fun your having, cheering me up. cheers from up North eh.
Allison when you toured the silo and we’re showing the bed, it freaked me out when I first saw your face in what I guess was a mirror 🪞. Scared 😱 me!! Great video!
I live just outside of Madison ('burbs) and yet have never heard of any of those places except the Terrace (you can't NOT go to the Terrace). I need to go check them out!
Maybe I’m biased, but WI is such an underrated state. Madison is the best city and I’m so glad you enjoyed it- the foodie scene there has really expanded in the past few years and there are dozens of A+ restaurants and bars you’ll need to return for. Since you love beer, hopefully you were able to visit The Brewing Projekt while in Eau Claire… we have the best breweries around… whenever I visit another state I’m usually disappointed :). When you make it back you MUST go to Door County.
💥💥💥Thank you for another great video from the RUclips celebrities. Wisconsin seemsike a nice quiet place to stay in & you always find the kewlest tiny homes, which 1 was ur fav? I liked the home in the tree💥💥💥
So the combination of several cocktails apiece, a lot of narrow stairs and a ladder was brave.....especially with the bedroom and bathroom at opposite ends of them!. Madison owes you a favour or two though....you showed it at its finest.
Life goal: be as good as Allison when it comes to finding cool AirBNB's!
I Never Thought About Traveling To Wisconsin Before, But You Have Completely Changed My Mind! That Cat Was So Prescious!! Thank You For The Video!!! Hugs!!!!
100% agree, looks like a cool little place to explore with a great food and drink vibe :)
We are a fun state. go tubing for sure.
Those vines on the silo are epic. Y'all sure do find the most unique places to stay.

Great representation of WI :) Thanks for making this video and showing all the different vibes of WI! Can't wait for you to come back to Milwaukee!
The transition at the beginning from the stairs to Allison waving from the window: 11 out of 10!
Right?! 🌬Blew me away!
