Thank you! Our migraines are biological not psychological. We have a neurological condition that's should be taken just as seriously as someone with diabetes. # Migraine it's not just headache

I had aura and headache from 2 to 20 years old about once a year. Then nothing until 55 with aura but no headache but every week or month.
I found ionic magnesium helps now at 74.
Aura for 20 minutes then sometimes a sickly feeling. I am male and my mother had them

I wish you were my neurologist. My neurologist is aweful. She thinks I have mental illness.

I understand where you are coming from. I've never seen a specialist and as a child was the last time I saw a neurologist. Now all I can afford is a general practitioner doctor. All they know to do is treat the symptoms with pills and not attack the source. It's frustrating being 40 years old knowing I could do anything in life but having this thing that keeps me in bed 2 to 4 days a week and that lack of ability to get my hands on new medications, access to a specialist and such are keeping me in this state.
