Hi, Im confused on the settings of this thing cus the description on his site is a bit confusing : 10-11 unity gain, 2 o clock MAX DB BOOST, 10/all the way 1-2db boost, so this means diming the knob doesnt give you max gain/db?
@Loredana Massini no not at all. it’s as designed: VOLUME CONTROL- Wired just like an original EP3 for Amazing Versatility! FULL COUNTER-CLOCKWISE = NO SIGNAL 10 to 11 0’clock = UNITY GAIN (Depends upon EQ Setting) 1 to 2 o’clock = 3dBs+ MAXIMUM OUTPUT BOOST 3 to 5 o’clock = 1dB or 2dBs with FLAT EQ just like a worn, vintage Echoplex

Put it at the end of your chain and just leave it on. It puts a sparkle on everything and it works with all tones. Hard to get, but I love mine.
I agree ! Its perfect as an always on pedal :) when you turn it off its like you miss something :)

I would think that it means That after 2 you just get more gain saturation compared to pure db boost. That is my guess :)
yeah with mine somewhere around / after 3 o’clock there’s a volume drop
