Can you lay vinyl self adhesive tiles over normal tiles? Also do you need to grout in between? Or is there anything to protect the joints from water going in
You want a level floor for vinyl tiles so for best results lay plywood underneath then lay the tiles on top. It's different with sheet vinyl as it's more flexible than a tile
Im waiting on a new build completing and will be using the vinyl tiles on my bathroom to shave costs. From this video ill assume i csn just lay them straight on the floor or will i need to put something down first?

What if I'm laying directly over floor boards, will they adhere ok? Am I best laying sheet wood over them first, or lay over the existing vinyl roll?
