Hi , I have a query.
If I want to trigger Intra Freq Handover after A3 event is reported.
Does A2 come into picture anywhere from Starting Attach procedure to S1-Handover. Basically does it makes sense to configure UE for A2 events in this scenario ?

Hi Avinash,yes A2 is required for any neighbor measurement before taking handover desission,regarding ''RSRQ", need to see internal parameter settings for different threshold of RSRP/RSRQ/SINR and priorities..,many thanks

1. Is it necessary to measure a2 to trigger Inter RAT handover ?
