@Vignesh M whenever there is handover on different freq or EARFCN then it will consider as inter irrespective of enb. HO from enb A to enb B on same fre or earfcn considered as INTRA ans if freq change then inter..same for particular enb
@Vignesh M yes. Diff enb or if same enb concept is same...same frq or earfcn means intra....but when in same band earfcn gets changed like diff for Punjab and HP then it will again inter....
