To be fair though many of the major problems that people criticizes about the games after KH2 was present in the second game and to some extent in the first one. For instance KH1 had a major plothole in how Riku managed to take Sora's Keyblade away from him at Hollow Bastion even though the Keyblade went to Sora after Riku didn't bother to fight against the darkness and instead accepted it in Destiny Island which on top of Riku getting more dark powers from Maleficent means that Riku shouldn't have taken the Keyblade there at all. And if Riku could take the Keyblade like that then why didn't he do it at any other point before since he must have known about being a Keyblade wielder due to Terra or why didn't the Keyblade just go to Riku as soon as he met Sora in Traverse Town when the trio revisited the place? The second game meanwhile also introduced things that would become major source of problems in the writing department of the later games such as retcons like turning Ansem of the first game into actually being the Heartless counterpart of the assistant of the real Ansem called Xehanort who took the name of the former, things that are never explained like how Riku got Soul Eater which to be fair could be explained as a weapon made of darkness in Riku but this game never explained how Riku got his Keyblade and when he did, introducing concepts that sound interesting but aren't implemented properly and written in ways that would make them easy to understand like the Nobodies and lastly wasting characters that could have been great like this game did with Roxas and Namine. The reason why they weren't such huge problems is because KH2 had amazing gameplay, good dialogue even if it can be cheesy at times, wonderful worlds, great antagonists even if their not being properly made and the story itself with both the overall narrative and the worlds you visit were both interesting and engaging to go through along with this game being a major step up from KH1 in many ways that made the problems it had not being too distracting. Unfortunately the later games did not have the same luxuries as KH2 in it's strong points which along with not fixing the problems of that game also made them worse thanks to the deterioration of the writing by focusing on being more complex and convoluted for the sake of it without any effort put in to make them work which made the flaws of the series more obvious and problematic than before and a major source of detraction that prevents a wholesome enjoyment of the franchise.

@@dfquartzidn6151 Yeah i have heard about how long it took to develop KH3 because of other factors like Square mandating that they use the Unreal Engine for KH3 which was one year into development thus forcing the team to scrap much of what they made and start over again as well as having a difficult time adapting worlds from Disney and Pixar with the former having strict rules that they must portray the worlds like Frozen almost exactly like the movie and the latter taking several years before they gave Nomura approval. That being said it doesn't change everyone waited almost 7 years for not only the next Kingdom Hearts game but also the next major installment after 2 and the last chapter of the Xehanort Saga and frankly what we got was a disappointing finale that really underwhelming for all the hype due to how rushed it's story was, particularly the last act of the game and of course and ending that was easily infuriating since instead of ending the game on a high end great note like in KH2 to signify the ending of Xehanort Saga they instead have Sora "vanish" at the end all for excruciating and unnecessary sequel baiting for the next installment that makes me feel very frustrated at the series because we waited so long for KH3 and now we gotta wait yet AGAIN to resolve what happened in the ending of KH3. Gotta be honest when i say they should have ended the series in this KH3 since it felt like this could have been the perfect point to end it instead of needlessly dragging on the franchise.

At the beginning the game was focused on light and darkness, balance, connections, the meaning of the keyblade and a mysterious world lore. Then Xehanort true masterplan was to lenghten the story with his nonsense, cause he didnt do nothing really in all of those games.

I apreciate the more intellectual satire you are producing, like the just a prank playing off the fact that none of this matters, and the no you can't yes I can being for all intents and purposes a simplified version of their conversation. I also like the highly intellectual self referential humor at the start, and more purposeful comedy, like the build a wall gag, and the maleficent gag. Truly, this is the height of refined culture and the only real art there is /joke/
