The intro is great from a graphics/animation point of view. The only thing that is bothering me and should be fixed imo is the audio. They should've sticked with the 2018/2019 pre-race theme. It just had more punch to it

@F1 Team radio they needed to tone done the actual " F1 anthem" cause they wanna incorporate in some way the background clips with its sounds and I think they did a good job. It captured the celebration for F1's 70th anniversary

It's a fact tho because the music changed to a different key or pitch or whatever making it sound less impactful
@@amirpenkar947 yep that + the unnecessarily added sounds to it + they cut out out a small piece at the start that really helps the build up. But it's mostly the pitch change yeah.

I feel people like to adore the 90s or any sport because that’s when most of the viewers grew up, so they have a good attached emotion of being a kid and watching F1, just my theory tho

This really is the greatest F1 Intro, Ever for so many reasons:
The timeline history of 70 years of F1 with the drivers in the foreground
Verstappen shown as a teaser like he is future champion
Plus his dad on fire in the background
Senna the previous reigning champion behind Hamilton
Schumacher then Leclerc
Seb spinning in 2010 behind him
And of course, Hamilton being the ‘Final Boss’
This is just the best F1 intro of them all, say what you want

My disappointment is immeasurable and my day is ruined
I feel like the 2019 intro was better, it actually got you hyped for the race and allowed newcomers to put a face and a nationality on every driver's name. The 2020 is still good but it just seems less practical and doesn't hype you up as much as the 2019 one.
2018 was the best. 2019 video was slow compared to the rithm of the song
2020 isn't a year to be hyped for. So it's completely perfect from that standpoint.

2019 was definitely better, it hit harder and got me hyped up more!
And they dont show driver's nationalities with the flags here which is a must and was a great thing to see last year because its cool to reiterate that they are representing their countries, which is huge matter of pride.

Honestly one of the best opening titles. Especially compared to this year.
This year's version feels so weak. 2018 and 2019 versions are still better
fits the year though. 2020 has been such a horrible year

I still don't understand what makes him popular. Certainly not his driving. Personality-wise he is one of the most boring persons I've ever seen, except for some truly a..hole moments. Probably he is popular, because he was the successor of both Hakkinen in the McLaren and Schuey in the Ferrari, uniting previous rivalries.
@@demostemesz he may be boring for most people because he just shows what he feels, he doesn't act happy when he's not feeling anything. he speaks his mind, he doesn't like politics but he actually loves his fans. kimi doesn't have personality, but it's his personality. that's why he is loved by many.
His "boring" personality is exactly what makes him popular. He isn't very talkative,always gets to the point and speaks exactly what's on his mind.
Because he is like so many of us: shy and loves doing normal things. He is also quite popular among his collagues, because he is very clean racer. He also has no drama between teammates.
