    I just heard about Tremella as an alternate source of Vitamin D3 in a video Dr. Eric Berg did. Do you know how much is in your product? Thanks for the info in the video!

      My pleasure! Approximately 600 IU of Vitamin D per 1/2 teaspoon serving. But important to note that this is in the form of D2 rather than D3.

    I am highly looking into this mushroom. But it sounds like a close cousin to Lions Mane. And it seems like they have almost the same properties. What differentiates the two?

      Hi, thanks for your comment! They grow in very different ways and have quite different health benefits, with tremella delivering more benefits for skin health and lion's mane having more benefits for cognitive function.

      To my knowledge, there is no substantial scientific evidence directly linking Tremella mushrooms to changes in estrogen levels.
