How can they legally deny him a jury trial? That’s fucked. I know from personal experience. If you have minor charges like a Misdemeanor. No felonies. Just keep asking for a jury trial. They will dismiss the case in a year after 6-10 court appearance. Remember. Not guilty jury trial.

@audit his wife at around 12 mins can be heard complaining on the phone that they arrested him for walking down the road while being black. This I can not stand, there is no evidence it was racially motivated, yes it seems a high majority use racial victim. Hood as a get out of jail free card. So I don't agree with the A rating. @John V the ACLU is a joke, they don't care about civil liberties, they only care about towing the alt left ideological line so they can keep getting paid. Their reaction to the Rittenhouse exoneration its just more evidence in a long list of that. And where are they condemning the New York Times and the FBI for illegally publishing privileged communications between James O'Keefe and his attorney that were illegally seized by the FBI and handed over to the New York Times the day before and FBI whistleblower was scheduled to go public? keep in mind that this happened while the New York Times is involved in a lawsuit that they will most likely lose against James O'Keefe and project veritas. Where is the ACLU demanding prosecutions against all FBI employees and New York Times employees involved in that scandal? they haven't said a single word about it, because the ACLU has not cared about civil liberties for at least a couple of decades.

The lesser charge to keep the affair away from a jury is also bc disorderly AND/OR volume violation conviction would be quite an unlikely outcome from any jury. Even in Georgia !:) If the judge finds him guilty after comparing car to singing volumes, Mr Jeferson should try to get funding for pursuing a 1st amendment violation AND flagrant retaliation charge too, seeking the song's writer/producer help is a good idea.

It’s always curios why the cops can’t understand why they’re hated. They claim the citizen was “interfering “ with their investigation even though he didn’t approach them, initiate contact with them or anyone else on scene. The cops chose to approach him and make unreasonable demands and then arrested him because he mentioned filing a complaint. The disconnect is painfully obvious to any third party but they just can’t understand that people aren’t required to comply with every single word out of their mouths.

In fact, DP is one of those catch-all, but highly misunderstood laws (like loitering), that depend largely on the cop's interpretation. But you're correct, it unlikely any reasonable judge would convict someone on disturbing the piece for singing, regardless of they lyrics, and especially during the middle of the day.

The parent company also runs a scam called Established Titles. They claim to sell 1 sq ft plots of land in Scotland, which gives you the title or "Lord/Lady".
