Dosa looks so yummy ,I love these kind of dosas. I just wish the upkeep on the hotel is a little better. I know it’s an old hotel but it doesn’t take that much effort to keep it freshly painted and neat ,clean appearance .

Kripal Sir will synthesize all the dosas tasted so far (texture of one place, flavour of another place etc etc) and will make his own dosa at home :D. Stomach gets filled without even tasting it and mouthwatering. Very eloquent.

This temperament of the owner is such a contrast to the overhyped commercial restaurant chains (like Ra******* Cafe) which have lost their human touch and serve imitation dishes 👎

He may be a ‘Gourmet On The Move’ but still he doesn’t know how to eat a Dosae! You have to respect it and start from the periphery and come to the center. You don’t do the *’LAPAROTOMY’* that Lord Narasimha Devaru did on Hiranyakasyapu.
