In a short span of three years, India Sweet House has emerged as a leading traditional Indian mithai brand in Karnataka with over 30 stores. What has helped its trailblazing growth is perhaps its founding philosophy that bedrocks an organic way of life. From having its own dairy farm where cows are looked after ethically to honing culinary skills that merge traditions and innovation to present a diverse range of sweets and savoury treats across their stores in Bengaluru and parts of Karnataka. In this in depth feature, I spent a couple of days across the India Sweet House universe - from a farm on the outskirts of Bengaluru to the sweet factory and a couple of stores in Bengaluru. It is rare to come across a business that is as rooted in its vision and philosophy.
I hope you enjoy this special episode that I hope will also be a delicious harbinger of the upcoming festive season. Take care; stay safe and strong. Happy eating and stay inspired!

Importing European cows while our own Indian cows are dying out is worthless behavior, BJP should remove these peoples farm. Modi won't stand for this anti-Indian business. Make in India even our livestock. Jai Hind.
Backward, forward and vertical integration of business. Hats off to the owners.
Been to the Malleshwaram branch, the food was spectacular. The staff encourage customers to clean up after themselves, which needs to happen more. Too many of us are accustomed to leaving behind a mess after eating, hoping that staff would clean it up.
In addition to the fact that they have their own ethical dairy farms, makes them an example to be followed for all other brands operating in our country

Though i am a keralite, staying at ernakulam, we had researched to find out the best sweet shops in bangalore three years back, which resulted our bonding with india sweet house. We visit this place on all our visits to bangalore to purchase their delicacies not to forget my favourite their organic jaggery based sweets. The madam over there introduced us to poothrekelu, halbai, etc., Thanks kripal for bringing up the video of this very nice eatery.
Thank you for sharing your experience with India Sweet House, hope this bought back some delicious memories.

Excellent insight about INDIA SWEET HOUSE.
I understood that they are not here just to make money, they are here for good and do good to the society.
I love the whole thought process which is very spiritual behind manufacturing SWEETS and SAVOURIES.
Consuming such spiritual food is good to our soul - what you eat is what you become.

Happy to know the inside processes of sweet making. And the care towards cows is highly appreciable. The quality is unique. Wish good luck to owners
A big Thank you🙏 now we know where to buy sweets. Its so healthy, clean and delicious.
Owning a farm and making a living out of it is a dream for every millenials
Also short lived. Also need infusion of money from non agricultural activities. Please do not venture into something like this just because you see a couple apparently being successful. Do your homework. Go see someone who has been doing a venture like this for at least 3 to 4 decades. Learn from them the pitfalls before you jump in.
Just a learned advise.
Very true@@jayanthlaxman9188
@@jayanthlaxman9188absolutely , it's not as easy as it sounds .
@@greygrey9628 I been at it for 40 years. It sucks. Especially in india. Nobody wants quality stuff. They look at the cheapest. The rest go for Louis Vuitton and Rolls .
India Sweet house owners did right thing at right time by inviting Mr Krupal now ISH will skyrocket!!!!

The India Sweet House chain of shops has grown in leaps and bounds in such a short span of time, which goes on to show that sky is the limit for them..!

This is one of the best video you have posted. I have been watching many of yours on RUclips and this smashes every one of them. Probably there’s some bias in my comments being a Farmers son & grandson can appreciate it in depth. Thank You. 👍👍👍❤️👍
This episode is therapy!! Kind of place I won't mind hanging out every day 😁
Mind blowing integration between the farm and the process of converting that into such tangible outputs! Will plan to visit the farm one day. Thanks Kripal.
Mr.Mehta is a living breathing encyclopaedia of Indian sweets and savouries!
I am just halfway through the video and this already does not seem like your normal video. It's a documentary by itself. Amazing work. Keep up the good work ❤
Yes, this episode is certainly not our usual. It involved shoots over multiple days and many many more on the editing board to tell this story.
Entrepreneurship provides local employment to so many. This is a great example of made local supporting the local economy and employment. It would be great if these entrepreneurs also employed women and not just men to create a more equitable opportunity for both genders.
No words to describe this informative video Kripal. I think it’s one of the best you’ve produced. Amazing farm, crazy awesome sweet house and seeing all the different staff. Good work, very very good!! Just visited Rajisthan last January/24, wonderful visit. 🇨🇦
Thank you. 🙏 Glad you enjoyed it!
It's great to see is the way you treat the cows. I use to see 10 day old calf on the roads away from the mother, which you guys are not doing and this would be a lesson for others, how to treat the cows. 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏
We had ordered 250grms kodbale from their t.c palya branch, Bangalore in that 100 grms was in powder form only and so expensive also not worthy
Happy cows give happy yield☺
😍😍Loved this video ,especially the farm.....
I wanted to thank you for the videos you make…it’s wonderful and a stress-buster to watch. Thank you again sir.
You are very welcome 🙏
Exhaustive coverage for the mfg cycle of sweets of india house... Induce everyone to visit the shop... 🎉
That's the success of Mr viswanath, keep it up...
How can milk will be sourced for 30 branches of sweet shops sweets making ...2000 litres of milk from that farm with countable cows..math won't match.. supply won't be sufficient from this farm for sure..sunpure is the worst possible oil.. Worst than palm oil.. Where is the organic.. Sugar, sunpure, Maida now where is the organic
Absolutely loved watching India Sweet House. Highly impressed by the hygiene in their manufacturing center . Pure ingredients used too. Spectrum covers wide range from sweets to hurigalu , thought hurigalu name was not mentioned. Mr. Amanna, your presentation is very good. Content is very good too. However would be better if you had a gourmet cook analyse the food. You, of course talk about some one or two ingredients and texture in the dish. But you don't say how well ingredients, tastes and texture are balanced in a dish, Or how authentic a dish is. Hope you will have a gourmet cook to accompany you soon.
One of the episodes which kept me engrossed!
super Kripal Sir, one of the best videos, awesome
Thanks a ton! 🙏
Good to see your video will buy the product from nearby stores tks
Very good video. Lengthy one but watched with one go without any pause or break. From backyard to factory and stores, complete insight of making is what makes it fascinating. Will surely try once when visiting namma Bengaluru.

You are very humble sir and your videos are very good and intresting to watch
Wonderful., thank you
The hygiene is not maintained in one place where the son papadi made all the workers without gloves . If this mistake was made by the local shop we think of it please take care.
A must shop at Chankayapuri NewDelhi.. All the best.

Very nice farm and settings . But looks that very bad the workers who are making some sweets are not wearing hand gloves 😮
Healthy to unhealthiest.

If u ever get an opportunity pls visit the factory of Balaram Mullick sweet shop in Kolkata. The entire factory is automated. They are the pioneers of automation for sweet industries in India
India Sweet House outlet of HSR layout is quite aesthetic. However, in the dept of live counter chaats, jalebis etc. They need to improve their taste
Their sweets are very expensive. They are selling Motichur ke Laddu, Mysore Pak for Rs 1100 per kg!!
Waah 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👌🏻♥️ . 🙏🏻 to them
Hearty Greetings and Loves. Bhagwan Bharvani.Karachi. Pakistan.
India sweet house Not good tasty, expensive also,
anand sweet, asha sweets 👌
True, even I felt it really expensive.
They had mentioned that it is a bit more expensive but their process is also more elaborate. You get what u pay for.
These cows are hih breed. Not our country's original cows like hallikar, gir or nandini or Kalinga.
Very nice
👌 All the best 👍
Great video. What do they do the cows after they stop producing milk?
You had inaugurated the Koramangala branch as well. I wished I could have met you there 😭. I couldn't
Great video! I really enjoyed the content, especially the in-depth look at the sweet-making process. One suggestion for next time: it might be a good idea to wear masks or maintain a bit of distance while filming. With all the effort you’re putting into talking loudly over the background noise, there’s a chance some saliva might end up on the food. It could help keep everything hygienic and make the video even better. Thanks for considering this, and keep up the great work!
From the video we could make that most of the cows are HF, which are genetically mutated and the milk coming from these cows are A1 milk. So these are not organic. Indian breeds like halikar, Gir, malnad gidda etc… these cows produce A2 Milk and has lot of benefits for humans. The HF cows are milk producing machines that’s all. Also the cows are feed with corn alone to boost the milk production. I am not blaming the owners or the company because for any business the returns matter. But, marketing it as organic is not correct. But, we should appreciate the efforts of the couples who build the brand and helping in nations growth. Thanks to Krupal for the insight.
Kanti sweets are the best in Bangalore
Very impressive and very clear how to products are prepared.
But can a common farmer having same 6 acres of land reach to this level… or possible only with few !!
This is to think off
Good ❤
Nice work
Super Food Sir🥘🥘🥘
Small wonders you have extreme heavyweights in Karnataka
Importing European cows while our own Indian cows are dying out is worthless behavior, BJP should remove these peoples farm. Modi won't stand for this anti-Indian business. Make in India even our livestock. Jai Hind.
Lucky Cows!
Kripal sir according to you which restaurant in Bangalore serve the best pizza in town, in budget category and in gourmet or fine fine category
Grass fed cow milk is better than corn fed ,it has a better ratio of healthy fats .
Where is the Mangalore branch is located at? I don't see any info on their website
is that true grassfed cow's milk is healthier than CORN FED cow's MILK?
