I was once at this craft store called Micheal’s & I didn’t realize there was one big line that then went to each individual till & anyway, I cut in front of people & I didn’t realize & this older woman basically barked at me & said “hey the back of the line is over here! This isn’t Walmart you know!!!” & I felt so embarrassed & small. But it was an honest mistake & there are definitely nicer ways to say things. So I’m so sorry that man was rude!
