It is comforting to know that the loss of your Olympian features and your boyish good looks are due to a camera angle mishap, rather than a typical fondness of spare ribs and an overdose of cake... Good luck with the book, maybe ebay? Another good book on the subject is "Wheel and pinion cutting in horology" by J Malcolm Wild. A bit different approach with cutters though packed with excellent information.
