We recommend make the cabinets modular and bond with teroson ms939. You could always insert a plate to the panel if you wanted to mount things like a TV bracket.
I would have liked to see the external sealing of roof especially. The vertical groove v's a horizontal one,? Could this process be used for a box truck back? That is with out aluminium corner extrusions. Further would the corner aluminium extrusion be a better bet for on off road camper. Think trees etc. ; - Thanks.
Dill pickle. Foam core fibreglass boats and caravans have been around for decades and mostly outlast the alternatives. And all those skyscraper windows are held on with adhesive. This is the problem with plastic pollution, this stuff lasts too well.
You clearly are not up to speed when it comes to modern panel and adhesive technology. Materials in this industry have (unlike your thinking ) advanced tremendously .
Hey, that caulk man could decorate a fine cake.
Gibt es auch in Germany diese Platten von ihnen, wenn nicht, was ist vergleichbar?
how much are these panels ,this stuff is great.
How much weight can that roof hold?
You can build a tiny house with this with load bearing walls?
this is the cat who lived in the house that caulk built
Хороший материал удобно и быстро строить и легко
Can you please tell me how the white laminating sheet that you are using for the wall is actualy called and where can i find it ?
The name of the video is StyroMAX Insulated Panels.

What is the strongest way to fix cabinets to this board?

where to buy product?
เขาเรียกว่าแผ่นอะไรครับ
No frame and is it strong enough?
Yeah I am interested in its strength too? Can the roof hold a aircon unit?
bladerunner123 They have strengthening bars in the panel to support the aircon
depends on belief.......panels are plenty strung , but the adhesive i'd be questioning don't much trust products
No wonder they don't last.....no framing.....no bracing......no buy.
@@mikedill7378 What makes you say composite panel caravans don't last?
Name panels ? Please
Fantastic

Have a look at some more of our videos, you might find the answer you are looking for when we put them together in house.
How long would this roof last in, say, Florida? Any ASTM test results?
You can see the technical data sheet here: styromax.com.au/app/uploads/2014/07/POLYDET-HG-20_EN_.pdf
Because.....like I said....no framing.....as in metal....would never last.

@@rhendersbee685 agreed, and most vehicles now a days are assembled with panel bond (epoxy) that is guaranteed to out last the base material !

And no flimzy AlKo chassis to flex at the first bump
