why wasn't there a cut out above the wheel to make wheel changing easier?

probably cause the wheel sits inboard of the panel and there is enough room to get it out

Hi builder, the metal conner attachment will produce condensation,according to totalcomposites.com. total composties recommends getting platstic coner connectors ruclips.net/video/IHg8gJqvW40/видео.html
Please explain why you would refuse to use totalcompsites method and i mean explain. Thabks
