    I like it! Starting to really look like an old school off-roading rig. Well done. You make it all look easy.

      We really like the old school round lights. They aren't too massive for the vehicle in our opinion. Jill make is look easy for sure... she is a pro.

    Hey I have not watched for a while the jeep looks good. I remember those lights from when I was in high school in the 80s they pretty much look the same. I bet yours are much better with the LED in them. Very nice.

      yesterday we turned on just the ditch and bull bar lights at night and it was bright. Way brighter then the old school lights in the past. We like the old school look.

    Loved your video, do you know if that mounting system will be compatible with the OEM roof rack. Me and my husband have a 2021 2 door bronco and want to order the pro 6 50 inch but we want to be able to still use our roof rack

    • @1Five1Garage
      @1Five1Garage  Год назад +2

      You won’t be able to use this with a roof rack. It takes up the spot where it mounts too.

    I saw a youtube video last year where the owner and his friend put on a set of roof lights. And he said the same thing you said about weight. So he mounted the bracket to the 4x4 first, then bolt & nut mounted the six 6" lights to the bracket.

    Hey I have the same light bar mounted on my 01 Tahoe when I turn on the bar I have the Kc lights bouncing of the dash and hood blinding me at night. How can I fix this

    • @1Five1Garage
      @1Five1Garage  2 года назад +1

      U can do matte ppf film - that should cut the glare from the lights. What color is the Tahoe?

    Hi guys! Love the channel! Since it’s been about 6 months since you posted this, I’m wondering if you have any other info regarding the noise (given the soft top). The possible crazy noise is keeping me from giving this a try. I already added a pair of these same lights as ditch lights and I don’t notice any additional noise at all. Would love to add this light bar, but just concerned about noise levels.

    • @1Five1Garage
      @1Five1Garage  2 года назад +2

      We don’t notice the light bar noise much cuz the soft top is noisy enough.

    looks good, are you going to show how you ran the lights down the A-pillar?

      We are looking at adding the upfitter switches in but waiting for the parts to come in.

    Does the top slap and have more noise now that you installed the light I’m really wanting to do the same set up but it’s my daily driver and I don’t want to wear earmuffs while driving. Can you hear the noise from the lights when the top is down and does the top make more noise is the question.

    • @1Five1Garage
      @1Five1Garage  2 года назад +1

      1) its going to be noisy due to it being a convertible top
      2) lights actually don't add to much noise to it. The truck we have (350) WAY NOISER than this one. didn't think that would be possible but it is!

    How much height above the existing hardtop roofline does the Pro 6 Gravity lightbar add? I'm planning on adding it to my Bronco Raptor but at 77.8" height, 6" lights are cutting it super close on an 83" garage door opening.

    • @1Five1Garage
      @1Five1Garage  2 года назад +2

      Just measured from the highest part or the soft top to the top of the lights and it is only 2-2.5” higher.

    I added this to my 2021 Badlands. The soft top flaps like it is coming loose. Didn’t do this before. Does yours do this? What is the size of the space between the bottom of the lights and the Bronco? I think if we raise the light bar it will stop the flapping. Thanks.

    • @1Five1Garage
      @1Five1Garage  2 года назад +1

      Ours sounds like that but the top is secured so we never worried about it. Try raising the lights and see if it goes away or lessens at least.

    Looks great! You’re gonna have to name your rig “KC” now! Guessing you saw the new thread that apparently all broncos are pre-wired for the up-fitter switches? If that is the case, I will add I like yours better. You also get to keep the sunglasses holder!

    • @1Five1Garage
      @1Five1Garage  2 года назад +2

      Still trying to figure out the fuses. you have to replace the harness in the header and buy the consul. BUT... there isn't any internals for the up fitter switches set in the fuse box. So... are they prewired? NO. they are not... BUT you could fit them in afterwards for the cost of $600 and counting. Currently the people who have changed them out have a nice decoration but completely useless without figuring the fuses

    Do they make wind noise with the soft top? I have a chance to buy a new set for $1k but I don't want to deal with extra annoying wind noise

    • @1Five1Garage
      @1Five1Garage  Год назад

      It does when we do speeds if 60+ but the soft top is noisy as well…

    You guys are the best at answering questions. I ordered my Bronco on March 7, 2022. I still haven't gotten it yet. I'm just a shocked as you are. I ordered a hardtop. I didn't order roof racks. If I get roof racks, will I still be able to remove the top? Or will the roof racks prevent the top from coming off?

    • @1Five1Garage
      @1Five1Garage  2 года назад

      Some racks will let you take the roof panels off (minus the back portion over the cargo) but not all will. I know the stock one does, as well as @badasstents badasstents.com/product/2021-22-ford-new-bronco-full-size-roof-rack/
      which is the one we will be getting for the BL.
