Recipe and ingredients:
Recipe 1
1 cup oatmeal.
150 ml warm milk.
2 apples.
15g butter.
1 TBSP. Sweetener.
2 eggs.
Bon appetit!
Recipe 2
1 cup oatmeal.
50g walnuts.
1 tablespoon sweetener.
1 banana.
120ml water.
1 apple.
Chop the apple finely.
Vanillin.
Bake in the oven at 180°C/360°F for 25 minutes.
Let cool down.
Recipe 3
200 g oat flakes.
A pinch of salt.
1 tablespoon baking powder.
1 apple.
1 egg.
Avocado oil.
2 apples.
50ml water.
40g raisins.
Almond flakes.
Bake at 180°C/360°F for 30 minutes.

Recipe 4
1 apple.
1 banana.
1 cup oatmeal.
2 tablespoons butter or coconut oil.
1/2 cup nuts.
Bake at 200°C/400°F for 25 minutes.
