Gave this a go after seeing so many videos of it. Went from 2 pretty heavy jam packed boxes and a decently weighted hand tools box to 5 neatly organised boxes. Does add an extra 2 small boxes to the collection but at least now I’ve got a dedicated drill box, framing box and hand tools box

You could also glue another piece of foam onto the inside of the top lid so it will hold the tools in even tighter.

Bluegills are life but your show has become much more than a show of options and applications of tools. I worked in AeroSpace where we took the Kaizen idea to whole new levels. They helped to see if tools were missing. Can't ship aerospace parts with a wrench left in there! They had teams of people making things like this full time. They used handheld routers to cut out the tool areas due to the volume of foam inserts needed. Complete with vacuums they knocked them out.

LOVE the tips videos!! The indention/dimpling of the foam, nice tactic. Reminds me of dimpling styrofoam insulation to make cuts for it to fit around blue flex conduits in high rise condos. We called it Smurf conduit. Lol. Saved time from having to take dozens and dozens of measurements. For organizing hand tools, I'm one of those guys that uses a bucket and bucket tool apron. Not real great to store in a job box though. God bless and thank you! 👍✌️😁

When it comes to catching bluegills or fishing for bluegills the environment the bluegills live in is a very important to me and my bluegills. Although the foam will work well to hold my cork bobbers, key word cork, foam would be horrible to the bluegill environment if it was to break off my two pound line. The environment for bluegills and my bluegills fishing is very fragile. That’s why the spent pencils work so well when I’m catching bluegills while bluegill fishing. Good looking out on the options for my bluegill fishing which I apply watching you work your magic when I’m fishing for bluegill. You the man Vince!!
