    I live in USA and i realized that here whole IT industry is overwhelmingly saturated with Indians, and you hardly find any Pakistani here. Its a very pleasant surprise for me that you are growing so rapidly and helping other Pakistanis in growing as well.

      Software Market is disrupting and new roles are being introduced.
      But one reality is that you need to be more skillful than before. The time for less skillful SE is behind us, but in terms of skillful pool, the market is still developing and attractive.

    Wow! Fascinating to see such a great story fr Pakistan...really impressed! Watching fr India, Delhi...Mr. Asif seems to be a real leader....kudos! The only thing I can suggest to Mr. Asif, as a grey hair in marketing/ advertising is that his 'Unique Selling point' should be customer focused...what benefit ( unique) does his co. give to customers ( worldwide) that his competitors cannot. Just saying ' we build employees' might not be of tangible or relevant interest to the customers ( whether it be in US or EU)...cheers and best!

    • @faisalqureshi5882
      @faisalqureshi5882 Год назад +1

      Good point. Do you think he meant it in the sense that the employees he is creating/nurturing are going to be with Devsinc for the long term, thus building long term personal relationships, which companies might be interested in because it creates deep relationships and work history etc.

    • @rajotavo
      @rajotavo Год назад

      @@faisalqureshi5882 well that can be A " Selling Point" but NOT the UNIQUE SELLING POINT ( which is core part of the positioning of his brand). USPs are directly related to what is the 'reason why' fr any brand...and that NECESSARILY has to be related to smthing the customer benefits fr either in a tangible way or, in a competitive category ( that's become too generic/ crowded) a 'higher order benefit'. Even if he does build long term relationships with clients, it has to be stated in the language / emotion that connects with the client...business ppl are hard-nosed...it has to be a 'benefit' that the customer experiences in a real way...that has realtime value! My thoughts...

    • @faisalqureshi5882

      @@rajotavo interesting! Thanks for taking the time to reply back.

    • @ibratnak
      @ibratnak Год назад

      His company is employee-centric, but every employee is customer-centric. I think making the company customer-centric works in retail like Amazon, but since Devsinc is mostly b2b (apps and websites for businesses), employee-centric model can work if accompanied by a reasonable level of autonomy (i.e. you scratch the customer's back, I'll scratch yours).

    • @rajotavo
      @rajotavo Год назад +1

      @@ibratnak that way. every org./company/shop / group SHOULD necessarily be 'employee centric' because that is the core for building a great org./company/shop! That's a basic hygiene and one of the most imp. and critical ones fr the leadership team. But, that 'story' should translate into a 'customer benefit'...it should say, in a nice and interesting way why it is 'special' and what it does fr the customer that others don't do...simply put...

    Things to note down from this session❤️
    Life of passion, of finding something, of building something is more beautiful than anything else.
    You will not have a beautiful life unless there is a passion in it.
    Success is through failures.
    Repeated mistake is a decision. You decided to be lazy, I will not fix my life.
    Your life is a movie make it good one
    You are the hero of the movie.
    Every market has crocodiles, Every Market has mafias. You have to steel their share.
    There is advantage in being beginner in something.
    If you are crazy enough to think that you can change the world. Then you can change the world.
    Some people die at the age of 25 and bury at the age of 75
    Don’t be a wantreprenuer. Be a real entrepreneur.
    Walk in shoes of people, Understand problems of others too.
    Mistakes are good. They are evidence that you are doing progress.
    If you are winning at life or something, don’t be narcissistic. Pay back to the community.
