Big companies like Google, MS, Amazon - they don't work on equity model with their employees. What if the technical checks and processes are so strong that the whole processes don't depend on few leads and pillars but the organization such autonomous and independent i.e. Infosys. 4. How to find responsible people in this era of deception? 5. What should be the mindset behind scalling-up? 6.
