From the video I see, Yeap, a timelessly classic house. Beautiful. cozy, inviting, and personal. A family must have lived there 🤔. Exterior utilization is well thought through. The pool near the tennis court, perfect after a game Through exclusive interior decoration, the waw effect is out the door when you come in I agree. The spacing and low ceilings give you the feeling 40M is a lot. Noise is for some people a big no-go. I lived near a busy street and never again regardless of how nice the house was. Also! Unless a huge fan, I don't think it makes a difference that Kyle Jenner is living next door. It's not like you're going to bump into her and have a small talk. I would take the cookies though lol. Besides! she might move away, which young celebrities always do. For 40M there are other offers. If they find a family and they're willing to negotiate maybe they can sell it.
